More detailed information about the avalanche: 

Could see a crown line in the bowl for Hanakar Creek when snowmobiling to the west from Dominion. Didn't have good zoom on the photo, so hard to tell as we were approximately 4 miles away as the crow flies.  The crown covered approximately half of the open bowl we could see and looked like it had slide the length of the open bowl. Probably slide on either 1/12 or 1/13 during the rain or directly after.
