See profile in attachments. As mentioned by Kevin in today's forecast, it was difficult to isolate the multiple surface hoar layers. The change in density layer 30 cm down failed with some force in CTH/ECTH. Once again, the hard layer about 100 cm down in the pack easily allowed shearing when cleaning up the CT (not an official shovel shear test, but surprisingly easy to clear the whole block out after CT). Observer is a novice and should have monitored the layer near his boots during the CT!
